I grabbed this in a rush and didn’t expect much, but it was super tasty. Definitely something I’d pick up again when I’m short on time.

My venison order arrived with the cold packs mostly melted, and some of the meat felt soft around the edges. It wasn’t warm or anything, but it definitely didn’t seem fully frozen like I thought it would be, so I felt kind of pressured to figure out right away whether it was still okay to use.
I contacted them and did get a response, but it didn’t really make me feel much better about the situation. For what it costs, I expected better packing or quicker shipping, and now I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable ordering frozen items again

The box showed up crushed, which definitely had me trusting my gut and checking everything right away. Luckily, the meat was still cold, so I felt okay using it, but the packaging could’ve been a lot better.

I messed up my shipping address right after placing my order, which was annoying because I figured it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth thing.

I emailed them and, surprisingly, they replied the same day and just fixed it. No weird copy-paste response, no making me explain it three different ways... just a normal, helpful person on the other end.

The box arrived with no issues, and they even checked in afterward to make sure it got there okay. Small thing, I guess, but it made the whole experience feel easy. I’d definitely order again.

The prices felt fair for what you get. I didn’t have any complaints, which is always nice. I checked the receipt in my car afterward while eating a mint from the glove box, and nothing seemed overpriced or weird

I tried the ground venison and yeah, it was really good. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, like sometimes venison can be a little too gamey for me, but this had a really clean taste and cooked up super nicely. I ended up making tacos with it because that felt easy, and they came out great. Definitely something I’d order again.

Site was easy to use tbh. I found the venison stuff without having to click around a ton, and the pages loaded fine on my phone too, which is always a plus.

Only small thing, I kinda wish the product info was easier to compare real quick. But checkout seemed simple enough, so overall it was a good experiance

The return itself was okay, no real issues there. I did get my refund in the end, it just took longer than I expected and was kind of...

This tasted better than I was expecting. It’s kinda rich, but it ain’t too gamey or anything. I’d probably give it 5 stars if some bites weren’t so strong, but overall I really liked it.

Overall, the subscription has been good. The meat showed up cold and packaged well, so no complaints there. I will say I felt a bit uneasy after payment because I missed one email update and wasn’t totally sure what was going on with my order for a bit. It all worked out, but better communication would make me trust the process more.

I wasn’t expecting it to be this tender. I cooked it simply, and it still didn’t turn tough or dry at all. My family really enjoyed it too. If this order is any sign of their quality overall, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I ordered these expecting them to taste a bit fresher, but a few of the packs had that odd freezer smell when I opened them, and the texture was a little dry. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “sorry it wasn’t what you expected, we’ll pass the feedback along,” which was polite enough but didn’t really change my experience. It wasn’t terrible, just not what I’d expect for the price. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I started trying Maui Nui venison because I was already looking for a way to get more protein without feeling like I’d eaten a huge, heavy meal. i kind of expected venison to be the better fit for me, and this just confirmed what I already thought.

The nutrition is what keeps me coming back. It’s lean, has a lot of protein, and doesn’t leave me feeling greasy or sluggish the way some beef does. I also like that it feels simple and clean, without a bunch of weird extras added in.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it is definitely on the pricey side, and I do wish the shipping cost was a little easier to justify. But for clean meat and solid macros, it’s been worth it for me when I want to stock up.

I ordered a few steaks not really knowing what to expect, and they surprised me in the best way. The flavor was clean and rich without being gamey, and they came out really tender on the grill. I only used salt and pepper, which kind of reminded me that good ingredients don’t need a lot of fuss. The packaging was solid too, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. It turned a regular meal into one of those quiet little dinners you actually remember. I’d definitely order again.

I tried ordering from Maui Nui Venison the checkout process was kind of a pain. The pages were loading slowly, and then my shipping info didn’t save the first time, so I had to type it all in again, like, give me a break. The payment did eventually go through, but the confirmation took long enough that I wasn’t sure if it actually worked at first. The food might be great, but the ordering experience definitely wasn’t smooth

The dry ice did exactly what I needed it to do. My order was still frozen when it arrived, so I was happy with it.

They’ve got some solid cuts. A few were sold out when I went, but overall good.

I really wanted to like this, and maybe my expectations were too high, but the meat just wasn’t great for me. Some pieces came out tough and kind of dry after cooking, which made me wonder if I did something wrong, but I don’t think that was it. The flavor was fine, nothing terrible, just not enough to make it feel worth the price. Maybe I happened to get an off batch, but I’m not sure I’d order it again.

I ordered the bone broth hoping it would be rich and flavorful, but I kind of regret buying it. It didn’t taste very fresh to me, and it came across thin and bland, especially for the price. Shipping was totally fine, but the broth itself just wasn’t what I was expecting
